Ripperton – This, what remains EP [Maeve07] | Maeve

Maeve is the record label run by three close friends, Mano Le Tough, The Drifter and Baikal. After his excellent remix of Baikal’s “Why Don’t Ya”, Maeve is delighted to welcome back our friend Ripperton with his own “This, What Remains” release. Two beautifully deep tracks that hit their hypnotic momentum when you let them run their full course. Epic burners for special moments.

Vessels – Dilate Remixes [GRID2V] | Grid Recordings

This remix EP shows two tracks from the album Dilate transformed into three stunning remixes. Berghain residents Barker & Baumecker have done their dark minimal thing with Vessels’ calling card ‘Elliptic’ to devastating effect, while Swiss house/techno legend Ripperton has worked his magic on

recent single ‘Echo In’. ‘Elliptic’ has also undergone a sumptuous transformation at the hands of Mon-keytown’s Alex Banks.

Mattheis – Kindred Phenomena [NOUSLP001] 2X12 | Nous’Klaer Audio

Kindred Phenomena marks Mattheis’ debut album. After two cosmic EPs on Nous’klaer and a mini-album on tape for Ecstatic Recordings, he now returns to Nous’klaer for his first full story. An album shaped for every occasion: driving from the city to the island, dancing in the living room, or raving at sunset. On Kindred Phenomena Mattheis picks up where he left off: ‘Swell’ serves as another episode of the prisms, the modular synth excursion of ‘Bit Fragments’ pushes his arpeggiator solos a step further, and album standout ‘Ben_M’ provides his most beautiful dance of melodies yet. The album consists of eight tracks and comes as a double 12 inch for deejay convenience; and for the ultimate experience: go see Mattheis perform his album live on the road.
